In 2025, we commemorate a significant milestone — the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Adopted by nationwide referendum in 1995, the Constitution has served as a firm foundation of our independence, a symbol of the unity of our people, and a guarantor of the rights and freedoms of every citizen.
For three decades, the Fundamental Law has demonstrated its vitality and relevance, steering the nation on the path of democracy, peace, and harmony.
On this solemn day, I extend my heartfelt wishes of well-being, prosperity, and confidence in the future to all.
May our Constitution continue to stand as a steadfast pillar of creative endeavor, harmony, and the strengthening of Kazakhstan’s independence!
